Executive Summary

Engineer. Architect. Leader.

Software engineer and technical leader with more than two decades of experience spanning hands-on engineering, distributed-systems architecture, financial infrastructure, blockchain, and engineering leadership.

Over the past eighteen months, I have deliberately focused more deeply on hands-on engineering in Rust, trading systems, DeFi, and distributed infrastructure. Most recently, I designed and built Salus, a Rust/Tokio distributed trading platform spanning real-time market ingestion, graph-based evaluation, simulation, execution, replay, and strategy analysis, while also consulting on Solidity and Rust DeFi protocol infrastructure.

This recent work builds on a longer technical history including Rust/Substrate blockchain development, Solidity protocols, Go services, stablecoin infrastructure, payments, APIs, enterprise integration, architecture, and engineering leadership.

Recent scope and evidence includes:

  • Designed and built Salus across a retained Ethereum topology containing 3,415 tokens, 4,552 pool components, and 2,401,108 catalog routes
  • Measured retained Base workloads at 16,537 sustained and 38,462 peak route evaluations/sec; these are workload-specific route-evaluation measurements, not end-to-end trading or profitability claims
  • Consulted on DeFi infrastructure spanning leverage tokens, auction-based rebalancing, lending integrations, smart contracts, and protocol execution
  • Designed and implemented Kanga Finance, a Solidity-based DEX spanning AMMs, liquidity, staking, incentives, yield, and protocol administration
  • Designed and built EAVE, a Rust/Substrate Polkadot parachain and DeFi platform spanning runtime, governance, staking, liquidity, APIs, and cross-chain architecture
  • Led stablecoin payment infrastructure and cross-chain settlement initiatives at Eco
  • Supported Harmony infrastructure spanning 300+ nodes and 600+ validators while helping scale engineering from 6 to 20 engineers
